This site is run by Buzzgallerycarouselmed Living Ltd, Company No. 14872031, registered office 27 Tuesday Market Place, King's Lynn, PE30 1JN, United Kingdom. We are the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply.
- Server logs. Our host records IP address, browser type, page requested and time. These are used for security and fault finding.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. We have no accounts or log-ins.
The message tool
The tag on our Write page works entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or stored on our servers. It reaches us only if you email it.
Legal basis
We reply to emails on the basis of legitimate interest in answering questions about the site. We keep server logs on the same basis, to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
Emails: up to 24 months, then deleted unless an open conversation needs them. Server logs: up to 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
